If you are using a purchase order, please either email your PO request to info@fireinvestigatorsupply.com or call our customer service for pre-approval. POs must be a minimum of $300.00. All purchase orders are payable in 30 days from delivery unless specified otherwise in writing. All past due invoices will be assessed a 3% fee for every 30 days past due. Purchase orders may not be available for government agencies in New Jersey at this time due to state laws and regulations. Special orders or orders for custom items are not eligible for POs.
If you are a tax-exempt organization, please submit your tax exemption certificate via email to info@fireinvestigatorsupply.com.
Sales tax is not charged on orders shipped outside of California. Sales tax in state other than California is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom and special orders may require a deposit and special terms.
